About the opportunity

The company is an all-in-one, cloud-based platform helping auto repair shops run smarter, grow faster, and serve customers better. Built by a shop owner and shaped by the needs of the industry, the platform brings together innovation, real-world experience, and a thriving community to help shops thrive - not just survive.

  • Drive a company-wide tooling strategy, ensuring investments are thoughtful, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with long-term business needs.
  • Establish strong governance around systems, security, identity and access management, and AI usage across the company.
  • Develop processes and operating rhythms that allow the IT function to stay ahead of company growth rather than reacting to it.
  • Lead and develop the IT team, providing strategic direction while empowering the team to execute effectively.
