Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four IT professionals.
- Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy and operational roadmap.
- Oversee infrastructure including cloud systems, network, VoIP, mobile device management, and property technologies.
- Collaborate with product team to drive automation initiatives across departments.
- Establish governance & responsible-use policies for AI technologies and drive AI adoption.
- Oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, backups, and endpoint protection.
- Support operational systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology partnerships.
- Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10 years of progressive IT leadership and infrastructure management experience.
- Experience supporting multi-location operations, hospitality, property management, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud platforms, networking, Microsoft 365, SaaS administration, and AI productivity tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, workflow automation tools, or business intelligence platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, or AI-related certifications.

- $190,000-$205,000 base salary + performance bonus opportunity
