Director of Hyperscale Sales
Responsibilities
Own and implement global account strategy across regions and business units to drive revenue, margin, and long-term growth.
Build and lead executive relationships, influencing decisions across business and technical stakeholders.
Influence system architecture decisions and lead cross-functional teams to expand market share.
Engage early in customer architecture cycles; align internal roadmaps to drive design wins and workload expansion.
Requirements
Proven success managing large, strategic accounts (preferably $1B+ scale).
Experience building and influencing executive-level customer relationships.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex, multi-year negotiations.
Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud, or AI systems.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or global account management.
- Experience in hyperscale or data center sales across compute, memory, storage, or networking (preferred).
- Background in semiconductor or infrastructure technologies (e.g., DRAM, SSD, accelerators) (preferred).
- Experience leading geographically distributed, global accounts (preferred).

- Ability to engage with engineering and architecture collaborators on technical topics.
