About the role
The Director of Human Resources & Training oversees all aspects of employee relations, training programs, and talent management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
- Plan and conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts within the organization.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
