About the role

The Director of Human Resources & Training oversees all aspects of employee relations, training programs, and talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
  • Plan and conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts within the organization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
