Job Duties
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to align HR strategy with organizational objectives
- Provide strategic direction and hands-on management for a team of three HR professionals
- Lead critical projects, including large-scale HRIS system implementations and international pension establishment
- Oversee comprehensive HR functions, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and total rewards
- Serve as the primary lead for complex employee relations issues and sensitive investigations
- Foster an inclusive company culture rooted in mutual support, fairness, and professional growth
- Develop and execute best-in-class talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Ensure organizational compliance with international, federal, and state employment regulations
- Provide coaching and HR guidance to executives and management teams across the organization
- Maintain high-quality communication standards for all company-wide messaging
- Cross-train team members to ensure operational continuity for all core HR functions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive human resources management experience
- Proven success in both large-scale corporate environments and fast-paced, smaller organizations
- Demonstrated ability to operate with executive presence and influence senior leadership
- Strong functional experience with large-scale HRIS systems and implementations
- Experience navigating the complexities of human resources management within European markets is a plus
- Active SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred
- Exceptional ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise impeccable judgment
- Polished professional demeanor with superior writing and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to be a "hands-on" leader who is comfortable getting involved in daily operations
