About the role

L’Auberge Del Mar is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead and inspire a dedicated team of professionals who maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of housekeepers in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure all housekeeping standards are met and guests have a safe and clean stay.
• Train and mentor the housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality housekeeping management.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.

• Proven track record of managing a housekeeping team.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Pay

$93,000 - $98,000 annually.
