About the role
The Director of Homeowner Service will oversee the homeowner service team to ensure that homes meet quality standards and are ready for new homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Review Quality Standards Inspections (QSI) process to ensure homes are defect-free before presentation to new homeowners.
- Submit issues needing repair back to Community Builders and Area Presidents.
- Procure and manage professional service agreements and contracts for construction services and building materials.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience or training.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proactive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to direct others and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Experience building effective teams and interpersonal relationships.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience or training is required; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
