Director of Homeowner Service

About the role

The Director of Homeowner Service will oversee the homeowner service team to ensure that homes meet quality standards and are ready for new homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Review Quality Standards Inspections (QSI) process to ensure homes are defect-free before presentation to new homeowners.
• Submit issues needing repair back to Community Builders and Area Presidents.
• Procure and manage professional service agreements and contracts for construction services and building materials.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience or training.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to direct others and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Experience building effective teams and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience or training is required; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and lead teams effectively.
