Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
- Build quarterly and annual marketing plans focused on pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
- Establish KPIs, reporting dashboards, and operating rhythms to measure performance.
- Balance short-term pipeline goals with long-term brand growth initiatives.
- Lead integrated demand generation programs across digital, paid media, organic marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), content, events, and partnerships.
- Optimize marketing channels to maximize lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Own website strategy and performance as a primary demand generation channel.
- Drive conversion rate optimization through landing page improvements, A/B testing, and user experience enhancements.
- Continuously improve visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics.
- Oversee content strategy supporting demand generation, thought leadership, SEO, and customer education.
- Lead public relations, brand awareness initiatives, sponsorships, webinars, and industry events.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage external agencies, contractors, and marketing partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor marketing performance across traffic, leads, pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Utilize data to optimize marketing investments and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company is required.
- Proven success building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience leading growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations teams.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and optimizing ROI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency and accelerate growth is highly desirable.
