Responsibilities

• Lead our marketing team
• Build the TAH brand across every channel
• Own agent-attraction campaigns, our recruiting-brand strategy, agent-retention marketing, and the marketing budget
• Hand qualified agent leads to our recruiting team to close

Requirements

• Self-motivated leader
• Extroverted and goal-driven
• Marketing and recruiting experience
• Ability to pick up the phone, build relationships, manage a team, and hit goals

Pay

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
