Director of Growth
About the Role
Create a Legacy is looking for a full-time Director of Growth to run and grow the NADCO wholesale business under the Create a Legacy logo. This is a hands-on leadership role for a driven, growth-minded person who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, leading a team, and taking ownership of business results.
NADCO and Traditium serve an important purpose in helping families, funeral homes, and memorial businesses create a lasting legacy for loved ones. The position is based in the Little Falls, MN area and will include travel throughout our seven-state wholesale territory, including travel across the US for trade shows and conventions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, operations, general management, or leading a small to mid-sized business. Experience in the monument, funeral, cemetery, cremation, stone, manufacturing, distribution, or durable goods industries is helpful, but not required.
