About the role
The Director of Group Living is a member of the Site Management Team, overseeing residential services and living units, and serving as the Program Director in their absence. Primarily responsible for managing all available resources in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of care and ensures the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State, and Local licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential services and living units
- Serve as the Program Director in their absence
- Manage all available resources to provide the highest level of care
- Ensure the Rite of Passage program is implemented according to policies and procedures and licensing requirements
- Supervise Shift Supervisors and direct care staff
Requirements
- Possess a BA/BS in a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Four years of related experience in residential facility management
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Meet the requirements of an ROP-eligible driver (valid Driver’s License)

- Willingness to work evenings, overnight, and weekends as needed
- On-call 24/7 to respond to any emergencies
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage resources effectively
- Experience in residential facility management
- Knowledge of ROP policies and procedures
- Ability to ensure compliance with licensing requirements

Pay
$58,000.00 per year
Schedule/Hours/Shifts
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Evenings, Overnight, and Weekend hours as needed). Additionally, you will be on-call, 24/7, to respond to any emergencies.
