About the Role

Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor for our Geriatric Behavioral Health-Intensive Outpatient Department. The LPC will provide care for all patient types, including women and men, treating both chronic and acute conditions in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include budgeting, program planning, physician referrals, and performing office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Texas as a Professional Counselor
• Experience providing therapeutic and management services in a geriatric behavioral health setting preferred
• Ability to provide and oversee therapeutic services and program leadership to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and program integrity
