Lead with Compassion.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as our Wellness Director. This leadership role oversees resident care services, leads the wellness team, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes an exceptional quality of life for our residents.If you are an experienced LPN with strong leadership skills and a passion for senior care, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesOversee all resident care and wellness operations within the community.Lead, coach, and develop caregivers, medication aides, and wellness staff.Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards.Complete resident assessments and oversee individualized care plans.Monitor resident health, coordinate care services, and communicate with physicians and families.Manage medication systems and health-related documentation.Recruit, interview, train, and retain wellness team members.Participate in an on-call rotation and provide clinical leadership as needed.Foster a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality care. QualificationsCurrent LPN license in the State of Florida required.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare management.Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Strong knowledge of resident care regulations and clinical best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.Passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
