Director of FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making
• Develop reporting and analytics around revenue, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that support business growth and operational performance
• Support project-based accounting and financial reporting for capital investments and strategic initiatives
• Assist with fundraising efforts by preparing financial models, reporting packages, and diligence materials
• Drive process improvements and help establish scalable FP&A best practices as the organization continues to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive Accounting and/or FP&A experience
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Manufacturing, industrial, or project-based business experience is a plus
