Director of FP&A

About the role

The Director of FP&A is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis efforts within the organization. This includes developing financial models, preparing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Manage and oversee the FP&A team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successful financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial modeling software such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance or related field preferred
• CPA certification desirable
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
