Director of Food Services

About the role

The Palmettos of Parklane is seeking a Director of Food Services to ensure all functions of the Dietary Department, both administrative and clinical duties, are carried out accurately and appropriately.

Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in food service management preferably in a health care setting.
• At least one year experience in administration preferred.
• Must possess and use excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a sincere interest in geriatric nutrition and enjoy working with geriatric residents.
