Director of Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed management company accounting functions including balance sheet reconciliations, income statements and variance analysis from a monthly, quarterly and annual perspective.
• Providing accounting advisory support across management companies regarding entity transactions and balances, including carried interest, management fees, equity method investments.
• Managing and coordinating on the GAAP and non-GAAP reporting requirements related to ACS revenue recognition.
• Assisting with quarterly internal and external reporting, whilst maintaining a strong SOX controls environment.
• Working closely with the Deals, Senior Management and Accounting Policy teams to ensure proper reporting and accounting across strategic investments.
• Preparing ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by the Senior Management team.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Mix of Big 4 public accounting and private sector experience
• Expertise within the Asset Management space
• CPA qualification
• Strong financial reporting & US GAAP background
• Exposure to strategic investments (preferred)
