Director of Finance

About the role

A growing organization is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This role partners closely with executive leadership while leading a high-performing accounting team and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance analysis to leadership.
• Oversee audits and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience, hospitality preferred.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay

$110,000–130,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
