Director of FinanceSchedule: Full-Time OverviewA growing hospitality organization is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This role partners closely with executive leadership while leading a high-performing accounting team and driving operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the accounting team.Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.Prepare and present financial reports and performance analysis to leadership.Oversee audits and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives.Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies. Qualifications5+ years of accounting leadership experience, hospitality preferred.Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
