We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Director of Finance for one of our clients. This role will lead both the financial operations and corporate governance framework of the organization. What You’ll Do
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
- Oversee accounting operations and financial performance
- Manage cash flow and multi-entity financial activity
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Oversee corporate governance, including legal documentation and filings
- Manage corporate insurance programs and coverage
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks
- Build and improve systems for financial operations and documentation

Your work will strengthen both the financial foundation and governance structure of the organization, ensuring sustainable growth, operational clarity, and reduced risk. Provide financial insight to guide executive decision-making, ensure strong compliance and governance practices across all entities, improve operational efficiency through structured systems and processes, maintain accurate and reliable financial and corporate records, reduce organizational risk through proactive identification and mitigation, and support long-term growth through disciplined financial and operational leadership.
Compensation
This will be a salaried exempt position. The compensation range for this role is $110,000- $145,000.
