Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement remedies for obstacles to efficient and accurate processing of invoices.
- Responsible for directing the operation and maintenance of the Decision Support/Cost Accounting System.
- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.
- Oversees all audit and internal control operations.
- Directs the development of new functionality and enhancements in the Decision Support/Cost Accounting system.
- Directs and coordinates cost reduction and cost control analysis.
- Directs and performs financial analyses on projects/programs as assigned.
- Provides support to Managed Care Department, Budget Department, Strategic Planning Department.
- Directs the evaluation, implementation and long-term monitoring of corporate process improvement/process re-design initiatives.
- Ensures adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
- Performs all other related job duties as assigned.
Experience
Generally requires 7 to 10 years of related experience. Management experience is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field is required. Master's degree is strongly preferred.

Credentials
Valid license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty.
