About the role

The Director of Field Operations - Renewables will lead the field operations team responsible for the installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the field operations team.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Train and mentor field staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy field operations.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
