About the role
This position anchors trust with ultra-high-net-worth families in California. The role is based in or commutes to Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, La Jolla, or Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete relationship with each family on campus, cultivating trust that deepens over time
- Identify concerns proactively and address them with discretion, urgency, and principled judgment
- Ensure consistent visibility during critical moments: morning drop-off, afternoon pick-up, and intentionally designed parent gatherings
- Facilitate ongoing, substantive discussions about Alpha's AI-powered approach with highly analytical, technology-oriented families
- Create and iterate on community experiences that foster belonging, endorsement, and organic referral growth
Requirements
- Based in or able to commute daily to Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, La Jolla, or Los Angeles
- 5+ years working directly with UHNW individuals or families in private schools, private equity, family offices, or elite client service environments
- Proven ability to navigate complex, high-stakes relationships with discretion and sound judgment
- Active, daily user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) with the ability to clearly explain AI capabilities, risks, and limitations
- Strong presence and communication style that earns credibility with highly educated, high-expectation families
- Familiarity with private or independent school ecosystems, either professionally or personally
- Availability for early mornings, late afternoons, and select evening or weekend events

- Established relationships within local private school or UHNW networks
- Experience engaging with founders, investors, or technology executives
- Demonstrated success building communities or experiences that generate organic referrals
- Background in early-stage or high-growth settings where ambiguity is prevalent
- Capacity to distill complex technical concepts into clear, assured dialogue
