About the role
The Director Of Facility Programming is responsible for the direct management of all aspects of Spectrum programming at the assigned site.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
- Work the hours required to meet business needs, including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week and potential weekends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or a closely related field.
Qualifications
- LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Corrections experience preferred.

$67,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.
