Responsibilities
- Establish and execute system-wide strategies for facility operations and performance improvement
- Oversee policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness across all facilities
- Support capital planning, facility upgrades, and minor renovation projects
- Drive workforce planning and talent development initiatives
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory agency standards such as CMS, TJC, OSHA, EPA, and NFPA
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Business, Public Administration, or related field required
- Master’s Degree Preferred
- Ten (10) years of experience in regulatory compliance, contract administration, capital construction, property management, or engineering in healthcare
- Seven (7) years of experience with The Joint Commission standards, specifically Environment of Care compliance
- Seven (7) years of management or supervisory experience with budget responsibility
- Certification as a Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) within 3 years of hire
- Driver License/Abstract required
Compensation
$152,443 – $219,356 annually
