Responsibilities
- Own the operations program execution strategy for TeraWave
- Define program health visibility across subassembly operations
- Lead the subassembly operations performance and oversee execution
- Drive the production scheduling function and ensure alignment with program priorities
- Manage configuration management processes for product lifecycle
- Lead customer terminal operations for build execution and scheduling
- Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in operations program management in complex production environments
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-functional teams
- Proven track record in program execution and schedule management
- Deep understanding of BOM and configuration management fundamentals
- Experience in driving long-lead component risk strategies
- Strong executive presence for presenting to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent
Pay
- $203,165 – $284,430 annually
