About the role
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced building-maintenance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates will have expertise in general repairs, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure compliance with regulatory inspections and tests. Fire-safety experience and/or HVAC certification are a plus. A background in senior housing or healthcare is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections and safety tests
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Support fire-safety protocols and systems
- Contribute to the comfort and safety of residents
Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance and general repairs
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fire-safety experience and/or HVAC certification (preferred)
- Senior housing or healthcare background (preferred)
