Director of Enrollment Management

About the role

Francis Parker School of Louisville, a coed Independent School founded in the Progressive tradition and committed to equity and justice, seeks a Director of Enrollment Management. This position oversees all enrollment management, including financial aid and current student retention. The Director supervises two Admission Directors, collaborates with the Marketing and Communications team, reports to the Head of School, and serves on the Leadership Team.

We seek candidates who are passionate, energetic, and outgoing; possess excellent communication and organizational skills; have a sales-orientation and are self-starters; work well in a team; and are interested in developing and practicing cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of enrollment management, including financial aid and student retention
• Supervise two Admission Directors
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team
• Serve on the Leadership Team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Admissions Director
