Director of Education Programs and Assistant Professor, Daytona Beach Campus

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Aerospace Career Academy (ACA) program
• Ensure quality and accreditation for dual enrollment programs and SMART courses
• Act as liaison with public, charter, and private schools
• Recruit, train, and evaluate ACA directors and adjunct faculty
• Absorb students in navigating their academic paths
• Oversee contracts and budget for the program

Qualifications

• Master's degree in aviation, aerospace, social sciences, business, or education required
• 5-10 years of related experience necessary
• Experience in secondary level career technical education required
• Strong management, organizational, public relations, technical, and problem-solving skills needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various information systems
