Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop all Pixi and POP online properties.
- Manage product updates, creative assets, press, and store locations.
- Ensure inventory levels are healthy; control orders, sales, and deliveries.
- Enhance website to suit the customer journey best.
- Review and update content consistently, ensuring accuracy.
- Analyze online analytics to recommend website improvements.
- Participate in A/B testing to ensure top performing content.
- Lead on-site promotions, including asset creation and coupon codes.
- Stay updated with latest technology and trends in the digital environment.
- Work with the Marketing Department to align content with strategy.
- Create reports and presentations for Senior Management based on data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with web development or digital management.
- Experience with Ecommerce backend systems (Shopify a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other internal software.
- Proactive self-starter with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of integrity and flexibility to changing conditions.
- Experience and passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
