We are seeking a student-centered, mission-driven Director of Dining Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the University’s comprehensive dining program, including residential dining, retail dining, catering, and auxiliary food service operations. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Auxiliary Enterprises & Student Affairs, the Director will lead a dynamic and complex operation while advancing Dining Services as a premier campus resource that supports student success and institutional excellence. The Director provides leadership across all aspects of the operation, including financial management, budget development, personnel administration, vendor and contract management, operational planning, food safety, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.
