Director of Dining Services
Salary: $75,000-80,000 with annual bonus potential. Location: Morehead, KY.

As Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day-to-day operations for a 150-bed healthcare dining account with an on-site retail café. You will manage and lead a team of 4 salaried managers plus associates, ensuring superior food quality and client relations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
Requirements
- BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- High-volume production and catering experience
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top-tier foodservice company
