Director of Dining Services - Asbury Bethany Village

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is hiring an experienced Director of Dining Services to lead operations at Asbury Communities Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg, PA. This senior leadership role oversees a full-service dining program within a high-end senior living environment, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality food and service while enhancing the resident experience.

The Director of Dining Services provides both strategic and operational leadership for community dining programs, leading dining and culinary teams, partnering closely with client leadership, and ensuring consistent execution across all service areas. This position requires a leader who can drive performance, build strong teams, and maintain a high standard of hospitality in a structured, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dining operations, including multiple service venues and resident dining programs
• Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and hospitality expectations
• Align culinary and service teams to deliver a strong, resident-focused experience
• Lead and develop managers and frontline teams
• Build a strong culture of accountability, performance, and service
• Establish clear expectations and support team growth
• Serve as a key leader within the community environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and community stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and overall experience
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance
• Partner with finance and operations leaders to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Drive operational discipline across all areas of responsibility
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and operational consistency
• Uphold Aramark policies and expectations

Requirements

• Experience in senior living, CCRC communities, healthcare dining, or upscale hospitality environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
• Strong focus on client service, business growth, and operational leadership
• Effective communication skills with clients, senior leadership, and internal teams
• Ability to interpret and execute against contractual requirements
• Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environments
• Proven ability to lead through other managers
• Experience managing budgets, financial controls, and operational analysis
• Experience developing and executing operational programs and initiatives

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay

$100,000 - $110,000 annually
