We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Title: Director of Development (but we don't repeat as heading) - Summary: Position Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: likely the duties: "identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects with the ability to make gifts of $50,000 or more." Also "work collaboratively with development colleagues, as well as stakeholders at the Health Sciences Campus including the Dental, Pharmacy and Podiatry Schools and the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, to support the advancement of Temple Health's mission..." Also "Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Health Sciences Campus". Also "For a dedicated fundraising professional looking to have an impact, the DOD position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a difference - join us!" Might be more like responsibilities. - Required Education And Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least six years of fundraising experience in a clinical/healthcare or higher-ed setting. Equivalent combination may be considered. - Required Skills And Abilities: list of many items. - Preferred Experience: CFRE, etc. - Benefits: "Full medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off 11 Paid Holidays Tuition remission - eligible employees and their dependents can obtain a degree TUITION FREE A generous retirement plan and so much more!" - Pay: Salary Grade: T28, link, Pay Range: $70,100-$103,085 (annually). Also mention factors considered. - Schedule: hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), duration at discretion. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, compliance statement, security report, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (position summary), "Responsibilities", "Requirements" (education/experience), "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Could combine some. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content: Position Summary paragraph: "The Temple Health Sciences Campus is searching for a motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven candidate with proven experience in cultivating, securing, and stewarding major gifts to join our high-achieving team as Director of Development (DOD) of the Temple Health Sciences Campus. The DOD will work collaboratively with development colleagues, as well as stakeholders at the Health Sciences Campus including the Dental, Pharmacy and Podiatry Schools and the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, to support the advancement of Temple Health's mission of excellence in education, research, and patient care, with an emphasis on raising funds for education. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Health Sciences Campus, the DOD is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects with the ability to make gifts of $50,000 or more. For a dedicated fundraising professional looking to have an impact, the DOD position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a difference - join us!" That's the summary. Responsibilities: maybe we can extract duties: "identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects with the ability to make gifts of $50,000 or more." Also "work collaboratively with development colleagues, as well as stakeholders at the Health Sciences Campus including the Dental, Pharmacy and Podiatry Schools and the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, to support the advancement of Temple Health's mission..." Also "Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Health Sciences Campus". Could be part of responsibilities. But we can also treat the summary as About the role, and responsibilities as a separate list. Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least six (6) years of fundraising experience in a clinical/healthcare or higher-ed setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Skills: list of many bullet points. Preferred Experience: maybe separate but could be included under Skills or Requirements? The instruction says use sections only when posting has real specific content. Preferred Experience is present, we could include under "Preferred Qualifications" but we don't have that heading in allowed list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Preferred Experience under Skills or Requirements? Probably better to include under Skills as additional bullet points, but we should not lose info. Could create a separate "Qualifications" section for preferred experience. But Qualifications is allowed. We could put preferred experience under Qualifications. Thus: - About the role: position summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (identifying, cultivating, soliciting, stewarding prospects; work collaboratively with development colleagues and stakeholders; reporting to AVP; etc.) - Requirements: education and experience (Bachelor's degree + 6 years fundraising experience; equivalent combination considered). - Qualifications: preferred experience (CFRE, PlusDelta, or other formal major gift fundraising training completed; Experience in an academic and/or medical advancement setting; Experience working in campaigns). - Skills: list of skills and abilities. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: salary grade, link, pay range, factors. - Schedule: hybrid work arrangement. We need to ensure we don't repeat info. Now format. Use

for each section heading. Inside each section, use

    for prose,

    • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive info: include the link for T salary structure. We need to include the tuition remission detail: "Tuition remission - eligible employees and their dependents can obtain a degree TUITION FREE". Keep as is. We need to include "Full medical, dental, and vision coverage", "Paid time off", "11 Paid Holidays", "A generous retirement plan and so much more!" Could be a list. We need to include "Salary Grade: T28 Learn more about the "T" salary structure here: https://careers.temple.edu/sites/careers/files/documents/T_Salary_Structure.pdf". Could be a paragraph with link. We need to include "Pay Range: $70,100-$103,085 (annually)". Also "A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source." We need to include hybrid work arrangement: "This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department." We need to exclude boilerplate: EEO statement, compliance statement, security report, background check mention? The background check is substantive? It says "This position requires a background check." That is substantive info about hiring process; but it's not in allowed sections. Could we include it under Requirements? Possibly as a note. But the instruction says remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Background check is not boilerplate; it's a requirement. Could be placed under Requirements as an extra bullet. However, the allowed sections don't have a generic "Other". Might be okay to add a

under Requirements: "This position requires a background check." Similarly, "This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement..." we already have schedule. Now, ensure we don't include any duplicated lines. Let's craft. HTML:
