Major Gifts and Individual Giving Strategy

• Develop, lead, and manage IILAs major donor program, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals
• Develop and implement a comprehensive individual giving strategy to grow revenue across all donor segments
• Manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects, conducting regular donor meetings and personalized outreach
• Campaigns and Annual Fund
• Collaboratively design and execute annual fund campaigns, including a yearly fundraising calendar aligned with organizational priorities
• Develop integrated campaign strategies across mail, digital, events, and personal solicitation
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Monthly Giving, Memberships and Planned Giving
• Design, oversee, and grow IILAs monthly giving and membership programs, including donor acquisition and retention strategies
• Develop and implement planned giving initiatives, including marketing, donor education, and stewardship of legacy donors
• Collaborate with finance and leadership to ensure proper tracking and recognition of planned gifts.
• Board Engagement and Volunteer Leadership
• Partner with the Board of Directors to support individual giving, including donor introductions, solicitations, and stewardship.
