We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Mental Wellness Center" then "The Role". We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each section heading. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role? The "About Mental Wellness Center" is about organization, not role. But we can treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. Likely we should have sections: About the role (description of role), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience), Skills (maybe abilities), Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present, so omit. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. We need to preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like application instructions, cookie/navigation, etc. Also remove "How to Apply" etc. Also remove Salary and Benefits? Actually we need to include Pay and Benefits sections if present. Salary is present: "$90,000-$110,000 annually." Benefits list present. So include Pay and Benefits sections. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content. About Mental Wellness Center: description of organization. Could be placed under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe should contain description of the role and organization context. We'll combine the paragraph about Mental Wellness Center and The Role description into About the role section. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Key Responsibilities" and subpoints. We'll make a

      with each bullet as
    • . Might need to break down sub-bullets? The text includes paragraphs under each responsibility heading. We could treat each heading as a list item with its description inside maybe as

      inside

    • . Simpler: each bullet point as
    • containing the description. Requirements: maybe the "What You Bring" section? That lists ideal candidate attributes. Could be Requirements or Qualifications. We have Qualifications section later with bullet list. We'll separate: Requirements maybe the "What You Bring" (attributes). Qualifications: education/experience etc. Skills: maybe specific skills like proficiency with software, driver's license. But we can treat Skills as separate if content exists. Let's parse: "What You Bring" bullet list: - Development leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, philanthropy, or related field. - A relationship-centered approach to working with donors, Board members, volunteers, foundations, businesses, and community partners. - Strategic and hands-on leadership, with the ability to guide long-term fundraising efforts while managing daily execution. - Strong communication and storytelling skills that can bring MWC’s mission, programs, and community impact to life. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. - An analytical and improvement-focused mindset, with the ability to use fundraising data to guide decisions and strengthen results. - A collaborative leadership style and a genuine passion for advancing mental health and community wellness. These could be Requirements or Skills. We'll put them under Requirements as they are attributes. Then "Qualifications:" bullet list: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field preferred. - Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, philanthropy, or related field. - Strong knowledge of donor stewardship, annual giving, sponsorships, fundraising campaigns, and philanthropic best practices. - Good leadership, project management, organizational, decision-making, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to contribute strategically while overseeing day-to-day fundraising operations and execution. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DonorPerfect, and Canva or comparable software. - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record consistent with MWC’s policy and insurance requirements if driving is required. These are qualifications. Skills maybe overlapping; but we can still have Skills section maybe combine some? But we already used Requirements and Qualifications. Skills could be left out if no distinct content. However we have some skill-like items in Qualifications (proficiency with software, driver's license). Could put those under Skills. But we already used them in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we need to decide mapping. Better: Use Requirements for the "What You Bring" attributes. Use Qualifications for the bullet list under "Qualifications:" (education, experience, knowledge, abilities, proficiency, driver's license). Skills maybe not needed; we could omit if no distinct content. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Skills section. Benefits: list given. Pay: salary range. Schedule: not present, omit. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "How to Apply", "Application Link", etc. Also remove location? Location is substantive? It's location of job. Could be included maybe under About the role? Not specified as a section. Could be included in About the role paragraph. We'll include location in About the role paragraph. Now craft HTML. Structure:
