Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow the company's market share in the defense sector. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and secure contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the defense industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful execution of sales plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the defense industry
  • Proven track record of increasing market share and securing contracts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with proposal writing and presentation preparation
