Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow the company's market share in the defense sector. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and secure contracts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the defense industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful execution of sales plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the defense industry
- Proven track record of increasing market share and securing contracts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with proposal writing and presentation preparation
