We’re seeking a senior Creative Director to support high-visibility brand and marketing initiatives during a period of growth. This role will lead the development of concept-driven creative for integrated campaigns, helping elevate brand awareness with executive-level and niche audiences. Ideal for a strategic creative leader who enjoys hands-on concepting and visual storytelling.

Location; Fully remote, but PST or MT zones ideal

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print
  • Develop net-new concepts, visual systems, and campaign-level creative ideas
  • Translate brand strategy into mood-driven, compelling visual storytelling
  • Create and guide high-level creative assets, using AI platforms or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deliver campaign-ready creative within tight timelines (typically 4–6 weeks)
  • Ensure consistency and quality across formats, channels, and audiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand recognition and supports revenue goals across the business.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing offerings, ensuring alignment with business priorities and target audiences.
  • Create and optimize multi-step nurture campaigns that engage prospects and move them effectively through the sales funnel.
  • Oversee brand messaging and positioning to ensure a consistent, credible presence across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Direct digital marketing initiatives, using performance data and market insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Partner closely with sales and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with growth objectives and pipeline development.
  • Establish key performance indicators and use analytics tools to measure results and inform decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing function, fostering strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About the role

Robert Half is seeking a Production Designer to support a high-volume creative team with an increase in workload due to a companywide initiative. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys executing production-focused design work across primarily digital channels with some print support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency while producing and updating assets that enhance the customer experience.

Title: Production Designer (Digital and some print)

Contract Type & Duration: 3-month contract to start, with potential for extension

Pay: $25-32

Schedule: M-F, 40 hours a week on PST zone

Equipment needed: Candide needs to provide own equipment with Adobe Creative Suite

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality production design across digital marketing and operational assets (web, email, onboard screens, collateral, etc.)
  • Adapt, resize, and version creative for various formats, platforms, and use cases
  • Work within established brand templates and guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables
  • Produce and revise assets using existing layouts and creative standards
  • Manage a high volume of edits, updates, and iterations across multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail
  • Assemble and update collateral by refreshing content, imagery, and formatting
  • Partner closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to interpret feedback and implement revisions quickly
  • Review layouts critically, ensuring copy fits appropriately and flagging when adjustments are needed
  • Prepare final files for production, ensuring assets meet digital and print specifications
  • Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and quick-turn timelines
