Director of Content Marketing
About the role
The Opportunity
Gold House is hiring a Director of Content Marketing to own and advance our content engine. This is a senior, highly cross-functional role that will define how Gold House tells its story — across platforms, formats, and audiences — throughout the full year.
What You'll Do
Own and manage Gold House's annual editorial and campaign calendar, ensuring cohesive, timely, and compelling content across all pillars, including Gold100, Gold Gala, Film & TV and Music partnerships, Gold House Studio productions, Futures programming, key industry moments (Oscars, Emmys, Grammys) and cultural holiday campaigns (Lunar New Year, Diwali, and many more)
Develop a strategic content framework that serves multiple audiences — from the Asian Pacific community to mainstream culture, entertainment, and business enthusiasts
Build and maintain a rolling content pipeline: evergreen programming, cultural moments, campaign arcs, timely news-driven stories, and stories across the Gold House community
Serve as editorial lead and steward Gold House's brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across all owned channels
Audience Growth & Performance
Set content KPIs and regularly report on performance — audience growth, engagement, traffic, and share of voice
Use data and audience insights to iterate on content strategy and identify new opportunities for reach and engagement
Content Production & Formats
Oversee production across multiple content formats including long-form editorial, video, newsletters, branded content, event coverage, and digital campaigns, including budget, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee the development of compelling written, visual, and multimedia storytelling that reflects Gold House's aesthetic and mission
Manage editorial workflows, production timelines, and vendor/freelancer relationships (writers, editors, videographers, photographers, illustrators)
Ensure high-quality content output that is consistently on-brand, on-time, and optimized for its channel
Channel Collaboration
Partner closely with the social team to develop platform-native content strategies that extend editorial themes and maximize reach on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond
Work with partnerships and social team to generate content ideas and align on deliverables
Align content with PR/communications efforts, ensuring earned and owned media work in concert
Collaborate with creative teams to produce visuals, motion graphics, and branded assets that elevate storytelling
Develop and manage email newsletter strategy and execution
