Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead construction safety programs on active job sites
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures
- Interface with general contractors, owners, and regulatory agencies
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle
- Support proposal efforts and client development initiatives
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring safety staff
- Facilitate safety meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence safety culture on active job sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of construction operations and field conditions
Required Education & Experience
- 8+ years of construction safety experience
- Strong experience on transportation, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/510 preferred
- CSP or CHST strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing safety on active construction sites
Preferred Experience
- Public-sector or aviation project experience
- Experience serving as SSHO or leading site safety programs

Pay
$120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year (commensurate with skills and experience)
