Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Train employees on safety protocols
- Respond to and investigate workplace accidents
- Collaborate with other departments to improve safety practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction safety
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 25%
