Hourly: $25.00 - $28.00 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full-Time / Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (MOD weekend rotation)

Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the development, organization and coordination of facility and community resources to provide comprehensive Wellness/Recreation/Activity Services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.
- Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends.
- Purchase and maintain equipment and supplies and provide for their accessibility through organized storage.
- Establishes Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance.
- Communicate programs and develop positive relations with tenants, family, and volunteers.
- Able to train and motivate others while acting as a role model and mentor.
- Must be compassionate and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of the tenants.
- Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters, networking, activities which bring Family members and members of the community into the building
- Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following: Care conferences, QAPI, Department Head Meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional experience in health care of at least 2 years
