What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team.
- Create a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Expand relationships within existing dealer groups while identifying new business opportunities.
- Drive profitable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
- Spend meaningful time with customers and prospects to understand their business, strengthen relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, strengthen the ACERTUS brand, support customer engagement initiatives, and drive commercial growth.
- Identify new market opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and help shape the future direction of ACERTUS' commercial growth strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Finance, Product, Technology, and executive leadership to develop commercial strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Analyze business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $160,000 – $170,000 annually.
- Eligible for a competitive performance-based incentive plan.
