What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team.
  • Create a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Expand relationships within existing dealer groups while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Spend meaningful time with customers and prospects to understand their business, strengthen relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, strengthen the ACERTUS brand, support customer engagement initiatives, and drive commercial growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and help shape the future direction of ACERTUS' commercial growth strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Finance, Product, Technology, and executive leadership to develop commercial strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Analyze business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success leading high-performing sales or commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated experience growing strategic customer relationships and driving revenue.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial strategy.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $160,000 – $170,000 annually.
  • Eligible for a competitive performance-based incentive plan.
