Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute commercial growth strategy with a primary focus on organic sales growth
- Personally identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities within domestic freight brokerage, with the ability to introduce international solutions
- Drive consistent revenue production through a combination of individual sales efforts and team performance
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives and/or account managers
- Work closely with existing customers to expand the company’s freight footprint and increase share of wallet
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and executive leadership to align commercial strategy with execution
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or sales management role
- Proven track record of closing new business and driving organic revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and increase market share
- Strong understanding of domestic freight brokerage; experience or exposure to international freight brokering is a plus
- Ability to balance hands-on selling with team leadership and development
