Director of Commercial and Marketing

About the role

The Port Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is seeking a strategic Director of Commercial and Marketing to work closely with Senior Management in defining and advancing the Port's commercial vision, market positioning, and revenue growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive commercial and marketing strategy aligned with PCCA’s long-term strategic plan.
• Led the retention and expansion of existing customer relationships, increasing Port revenues through active engagement with the current customer base.
• Supports business development opportunities by collaborating with internal teams to determine feasibility and alignment with Port objectives.
• Establishes, monitors, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, pipeline of opportunities, customer retention, market share, and diversification.

• Recommends enhancements or changes to Port services to better meet customer needs and support revenue growth.
