Director of Marketing

About the role

The Director of Marketing is responsible for driving brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and web content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future strategy and tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing online presence.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other key marketing tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
• Knowledge of content marketing and its impact on business growth.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of marketers.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
