Directly Supervise, Support, and Evaluate the Boys and Girls Directors of Coaching
Develop and Maintain a Clear Player Pathway
Coaching Staff Development and Accountability
Player Development and Pathways
Family and Community Engagement
Program Administration and Planning
About Highline Premier FC
Highline Premier FC is a community-based youth soccer organization serving nearly 500 players from Burien, West Seattle, White Center, Des Moines, and surrounding communities. HPFC provides a demanding, organized, and nurturing environment for players from U8 through U19. Our teams compete in the Regional Club League, Elite Academy League, and Washington Premier League. Through the global game of soccer, we teach life lessons, bring communities together, and develop players to become vibrant community ambassadors.
