About the role

We are hiring a Director of Career Services who knows how to connect motivated students with employers who want to hire them immediately.

Your day-to-day focus

• 40% Employer Engagement & Pipeline Building (B2B Outreach, Direct Hiring)
• 30% Student Readiness & Coaching (Resume Building, Interview Preparation)
• 20% Team Management & Student Retention Tracking
• 10% Accreditation Audits & Compliance Governance

Requirements

You bring executive recruitment, staffing management, or career advising leadership experience. You care about graduation outcomes, hate friction, and know how to build real industry relationships. We want someone who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting employers, talking with students, and creating opportunities for graduates.

• Driving high-volume Placement Rates
• Closing corporate Employer Engagement & Workforce Partnerships
• Securing direct-hire Externship Pathways
• Running pristine Accreditation Compliance & Verification Audits
• Running high-converting Job Fairs & Campus Recruiting
• Mobilizing Employer Advisory Boards

Pay

$80,000–$95,000 per year + benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)

Schedule

Full-time, 40-hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
