Director of Career Services (College)

About the role

We’re looking for a Director of Career Services to lead career services and good at building relationships with students, graduates, and healthcare employers. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping graduates turn their education into a career while building strong relationships with employers throughout the Atlanta healthcare community. You'll have significant responsibility for Career Services at the Atlanta campus. You'll get to see students you've worked with graduate, interview, receive offers, and start their careers. You'll have the opportunity to expand employer relationships throughout the Atlanta healthcare community. You'll help prepare and connect graduates entering healthcare careers.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students before and after graduation
• Help graduates find employment in their field of study
• Develop relationships with hospitals, medical practices, healthcare organizations, and other employers
• Maintain and grow existing employer partnerships
• Connect employers with qualified graduates
• Conduct career-readiness workshops and student meetings
• Help students with interviewing, job searching, resumes, and career preparation
• Follow up with graduates throughout their employment search
• Track graduate employment and placement activity

Pay

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000/yr + benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)

Schedule

Full-time, On-site, Monday-Friday, 40-hour-per-week
