Responsibilities

• Analyzes client and community needs; develops and improves substance abuse and dual-diagnosis residential programs;
• Evaluates and approves treatment modalities; meets all regulatory requirements, laws, and best practices;
• Develops standards of practice for clinical processes to increase program efficiency and integrity;
• Reviews client data reports and analyzes attainment of program goals and objectives;
• Attends case reviews and staff meetings regularly;
• Analyzes and updates curricula on an annual basis;
• Uses evidence-based practices and client feedback to improve services and treatment;
• Exercises assertive management skills to ensure quality operation of the program, effective personnel performance, efficient service delivery, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
